Abstract [en]

By being in a traffic environment, you are exposed to it. Therefore, exposure is an important factor when explaining road safety and illustrating road safety problems. Together with accidents and injuries from traffic, exposure can, for example, explain the risk in relation to traffic (volumes). By calculating this risk, it is possible to identify which groups are at the greatest risk of being killed or seriously injured in the traffic environment and should therefore be prioritised in the road safety programme.
